We start out by meeting with the client to discuss their needs, objectives, and vision for the project. This is an opportunity for both parties to get to know each other and ensure there is a good fit for collaboration.

Once the scope of the project is defined, we work with the client to create a detailed project plan. This includes setting timelines, defining deliverables, and allocating resources accordingly.

Throughout the analysis process, we actively seek your input and feedback to ensure that our recommendations align with your goals and expectations. We schedule regular check-in meetings or calls to discuss progress, address concerns, and refine strategies as needed.

Once the analysis is complete, we present our findings and recommendations in a detailed report or presentation. This includes insights gathered from the brand assessment, design evaluation, website audit, and competitive analysis, along with actionable strategies for improvement.

Following the presentation, we work collaboratively with you to develop a strategic roadmap for implementing the recommended changes. We prioritize action items, set goals, and establish a timeline for execution, ensuring a smooth transition from analysis to implementation.
