Scope

For re:white, we designed and developed an entirely new website – including a custom multi-channel e-commerce system that caters to both B2B and B2C customers with different price lists. The platform is multilingual, features a flexible CMS with tailored editor roles for athletes, and is seamlessly integrated with the Ninox ERP system. A standout feature is the fully custom-developed checkout process, perfectly aligned with internal workflows and daily operations.

The biggest challenge in the project was to bring together diverse target groups and requirements into a single, powerful platform. For end customers, a high-performance online shop with an optimal user experience was developed. At the same time, re:white needed a separate pricing system for B2B customers – including a login area and individualized terms. The system was complemented by editorial content for the athlete community, which regularly receives new inspiration and updates.


All these components not only had to visually align with the brand but also be multilingual, scalable, and future-proof. It was precisely in this complexity that enormous potential lay: Through the tight integration of the shop, CMS, and ERP system, processes could be automated and simplified – from ordering and inventory management to shipping – while also creating a unified, strong user experience.


The result: a system that is functional, brand-consistent, and efficient at the same time – for both customers and the re:white team.

Together with re:white, we developed a digital brand strategy that goes beyond a mere new look. At its core was the goal to make the brand’s key values—sustainability, functionality, and community—tangible in every digital interaction. To achieve this, we worked closely with the re:white team to gain a deep understanding of their ethos, target audiences, and future vision.


The aim was to create a visual and verbal language that not only conveys the brand’s authenticity but also reflects its high standards of quality and ecological responsibility. It wasn’t just about attractive design, but consistent communication—clear, minimal, and credible.


The result is a website that impresses with clear typography, calm color schemes, and a functional, user-centered design. The flexible content structure allows for directly addressing diverse target groups: from dedicated climbers to specialist retailers and potential partners.


This way, the re:white brand becomes not only visible but truly experienceable—digitally thoughtful, brand-faithful, and ready for sustainable growth.

Instead of a traditional SaaS solution like Shopify, we deliberately chose Saleor — a modern, headless open-source commerce platform that offers maximum flexibility and full control over the entire shopping experience. This decision was not only technical but also strategically motivated: we wanted a system that could be precisely tailored to re:white’s requirements — without any functional or design compromises.


While a true multi-channel store in Shopify often requires numerous plugins, workarounds, or paid add-ons, with Saleor we were able to implement all planned features directly and natively. This included the differentiated pricing logic for B2B and B2C as well as the multilingual handling of all content and processes.


A particular focus was the custom-developed checkout, which fully adapts to the brand design while providing a user-friendly, clear purchasing experience. Automated system emails — such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, and invoicing — were also individually designed and implemented in multiple languages.


Thanks to Saleor’s headless architecture, we created a commerce solution that integrates seamlessly with the existing design and CMS setup, consistently supporting re:white’s high UX standards — now and in the future.
